I love to explore the new trends of the season. One of the best things about fashion is that it tends to repeat every few decades. It's fascinating to find new pieces every year that are redesigned for the current season and to combine or reware vintage classics from my mom's closet or my own.

We can all relate to loving and hating some trends of every season. I am very excited that bomber jackets, long blazers and everything leather is back in style. I am not exactly looking forward to the dock boots, sweater vests and low rise pants. When it comes to trends or styles that I don't love from the start, I usually find that it just takes the right fit or spin on the style to make it an outfit that I feel comfortable and confident in.

Jackets are one of my favorite accessories. I love how you can take a basic outfit and completely change the vibe of it by adding a jacket and colorful shoes.

These have been very popular for the past two years. What I love about this pair is the stretch that the fabric has. Last year, Loft had these pants in both black and green but I had to go with my favorite color, green!

Dresses

For years, I preferred wearing jeans in the fall over dresses. Over the past two years, I've pivoted towards wearing more dresses. There is something easy about slipping on dress rather than picking out several pieces or layers of an outfit.

Corset Tops

I did a lot of research on these types of tops before I purchased one. I found good reviews on the Urban Outfitters one that was trending one on TikTok so I caved and ordered one. I am excited to try it for a night out or underneath a jacket!

Hair Accessories

I can spend hours watching hair tutorials and like to try different things with my hair. One of my goals of this month is to try two new hair styles. My current favorite accessory is the Jennifer Behr velvet hair bows!
